My stay at the hotel was just what I needed after a long flight into the cold Milwaukee winter. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and had lovely warm showers. Although early check-in wasn't available initially, I was accommodated with a room on a higher floor at no extra cost. The comfortable rooms were a perfect retreat.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and quiet, typical for a downtown property. However, I felt that the room was a bit too small, especially considering the cost. The service was exceptional day in and day out, with a very welcoming staff who even remembered me each time they saw me. The location was perfect for my outing in Milwaukee, making it easy to explore the area. While the dining experience was good with a nice selection, the buffet options were limited. Overall, a comfortable stay with great service and a convenient location.
The room was very hot and the heater didn't work well, making it a uncomfortable stay. I won't return and might avoid booking through this hotel in the future.
